they can help you. All the magic, black majic, sifli
etc are evil and from evil sources. Nazar is sort of Hasad
(jeolousy) and it could be unintentional to harm the
person, but it has its bad impact on the person.The Quran
has the Qul-sharief and several other ayaats which are a
cure for these evil-deeds.
